What to bring
Bringing your documents helps the specialist understand your history quickly.
- Old reports and discharge summaries
- Scans (CDs, films or digital copies) and their reports
- Prescriptions from other doctors
- A list of all the medicines you take, including blood thinners and supplements
- Recent blood sugar readings if you have diabetes
- A referral letter, if another doctor has referred you
Please arrive about 10 minutes early. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, especially if you are coming about a leg problem. A family member is welcome to join you.
